Imagine you've invited a friend over for dinner, but they bring along an unexpected guest who disrupts the evening. Just like this uninvited guest, pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, or parasites can enter our bodies without permission and cause disruptions to our health. Just as the uninvited guest can change the mood of the dinner party, pathogens can disturb the normal functioning of our body, leading to illness.
