Nonrenewable Resource

A natural resource that is consumed faster than it can be created

Real World Example

Imagine you're at a party with a bowl of your favorite chips, but everyone keeps grabbing them faster than the host can refill the bowl. This situation is similar to nonrenewable resources, as they are used up quicker than nature can replenish them. Just like the chips disappearing before more can be added, nonrenewable resources such as fossil fuels are consumed faster than they are naturally produced, leading to a shortage over time.
