Buoyancy

The upward force fluids exert, it keeps objects afloat
Real World Example
Imagine trying to carry a heavy grocery bag that feels much lighter when someone gives you a hand. Just like when extra support makes the bag seem less heavy, buoyancy is the support that fluids provide to help keep objects afloat. In this analogy, the grocery bag is like an object in water, and the helping hand is the buoyant force—the upward force from the fluid that counteracts gravity, making the object feel lighter and allowing it to float.
